Otto Juettner, a German-born physician, was a noted Cincinnati researcher in physiological therapy and the use of x-rays. He was editor of the INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF THERAPY, founded the Cincinnati Post- graduate School of Physiological Therapeutics in 1903 and spoke to medical groups in New York, Cleveland, Philadelphia and Baltimore.
